Anne Curtis-Smith is an Australian-Filipino model, actor, host of a television show entrepreneur and recording artist.She has won numerous honors in her professional career. These include two FAMAS Awards a Luna Award two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards and five PMPC Star Awards for Television. In addition, she was nominated twice for Gawad Urian Awards. She also hosted It's Showtime on the evening (2009-2010) Curtis is the daughter Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina born in Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith who is an Australian lawyer. Her birthplace was Yarrawonga within Victoria, Australia. Her father wed Ojales an Filipina woman from Bolinao Pangasinan in 1982. The older brother Jasmine is also an actor. Clare is a cousin of theirs on the father's end. Clare passed away at four months old in 2007 due to an illness of the heart.
